A Community of Excellence for a New Standard in Specialty Insurance

We built DOXA to move beyond the status quo. We built it to preserve, create, and amplify the exceptional in specialty insurance.

DOXA fills an uncommon role in the specialty insurance industry by offering a platform that supports the legacy and culture of the teams and businesses we buy. We partner with industry experts who have an entrepreneurial mindset to build new programs and teams.

In less than a decade, DOXA has gone from being the vision of its founders to becoming an award-winning specialty insurance platform. How? By supporting our best-in-class businesses, we have attracted experienced leaders and constructed back-office support teams that remove administrative burdens from our specialty underwriting companies.

We build value through investment in talent, operations, marketing, and sales. The exceptional value we create leads to expansive growth.

DOXA empowers results for our entire ecosystem:

  • We give Agents and Brokers access to tailored solutions with zero friction through our growing portfolio.
  • Carriers obtain exceptional loss results through our commitment to underwriting excellence.
  • Employees thrive in our supportive, collaborative, and engaged work environment with people who care.
  • We provide our insureds with bespoke coverage customized to their unique risk needs.

Anyone can claim they’re the best, but we became an award-winning platform by putting our people and businesses first, day in and day out. That’s a difference; that’s the DOXA difference—a new standard in specialty insurance.
