DOXA Expands Mental Health and Wellness Presence with Acquisition of CPH Insurance READ MORE
From its humble start in Fort Wayne to becoming an award-winning specialty insurance platform, DOXA has attracted experienced leaders intent on changing the status quo in specialty insurance. In addition to resolving pressing customer challenges, DOXA management is focused on empowering employees with respect, autonomy and a refreshingly different insurance company culture.
DOXA (an Ancient Greek term meaning “praise”) was created to fill a gap in the specialty insurance industry. Managing General Agencies and Program Administrators with less than $200M in annual premium volume were often overlooked as the “bigger is better” mentality prevailed. Acquisitions that did occur often resulted in staff being downsized or eliminated, a brand being shuttered and rolled into a competitor, and the installation of painful cost-saving initiatives to increase valuation when the business was flipped a few years later.
DOXA provides a positive succession alternative that expands, rather than disrupts, a business owner’s legacy. Through our growing portfolio, Agents and Brokers are empowered to access tailored solutions with zero friction, so they can focus on helping more clients and growing their businesses with agility not available anywhere else..
