DOXA Expands Prize Indemnity Services with Acquisition of American Hole ‘n One

FORT WAYNE, Ind.— Nov. 4, 2025 — DOXA announces the acquisition of American Hole ‘n One (AHNO), one of the largest providers of hole-in-one insurance and event promotions. The acquisition reflects DOXA’s ongoing effort to expand prize indemnity, event promotions insurance, sports promotions insurance and hole-in-one insurance.

 

Operated by a team of professionally trained golf specialists, AHNO’s nearly 40 years in the hole-in-one and prize indemnity business established it as an insurance leader in the event promotions market. Founded in 1986, AHNO has maintained continuous growth in its coverage service offerings, with expansions into contests and sports promotions for charities, non-profits, academic organizations, auto dealerships and other markets.

AHNO will be incorporated into DOXA’s Consumer Vertical alongside its existing prize indemnity businesses, Hole-in-One U.S.A., Hole in One International and Odds On Promotions. AHNO will continue to operate independently as DOXA’s prize indemnity businesses partner to learn from one another and grow. DOXA will provide administrative support to AHNO as it builds on its current portfolio and collaborates with DOXA’s existing prize indemnity businesses to identify new areas of growth.
