Marine Underwriters of America (MUA), a DOXA Insurance company and premier underwriter of ocean marine, inland marine and related properties, is pleased to announce the hiring of Dustin Goodwin as the head of the new Marine Claims Program. Goodwin will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Marine Claims Department.
The new in-house claims team will directly handle all liability claims for the marine program, providing the highest level of service for MUA Policyholders experiencing claims.

Goodwin brings more than 27 years of experience in complex claims management, having held leadership positions at top companies in the industry such as senior director at Fidelis Claims Service, and senior claims adjustor at CNA Ocean Marine. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, a known leader in education for the transportation-logistics field.
